Lost Circuits talks about Intel's upcoming 45nm Penryn

MS goes into some quite exquisite detail regarding Intel's new 45nm process, which will be seen as early as 2H'07 in their Penryn family of processors (sucessor to the extemely popular Conroe family). If you haven't taken the time to read about PMOS/NMOS transitors, here's your chance!
